Hello (again), world

Well, some things happened over at the old site and now we’re here. It turns out you can follow all of the security best practices and still find a number of suspicious-looking files on your server.

It feels like a good time for a fresh start anyhow; I’m almost halfway through a master’s degree, diving into research I find really exciting, and starting to think about what’s next. So I think I’ll be using the web, and my corner of it, a bit differently. I expect to write more—I haven’t set up a blog section in at least eight years—and that should be fun.

(And I will find a way to re-host the code work I want to keep. Star Trek Episode or Nail Polish Colour will live on somehow.)
